The e-skills passport

The e-skills Passport is a new, easy to use, web-based service for individuals to assess, record and develop their general IT User skills. Unlike other diagnostic tools, the e-skills Passport is based on the employer defined and nationally recognised IT User Skills Framework which provides the structure for the UK National Occupational Standards.

From their employees? profiles, employers will easily be able to take a ?snapshot? of the IT User skills of their workforce, spot skills gaps  and opportunities, and target appropriate training much more cost effectively. They also gain valuable insight on workforce IT skills from the comprehensive reports they receive.
