Apprenticeship Awards 2008 - ICT Sector
Recognising achievement
Following the success of the ICT Sector Apprenticeship Awards in 2006 and 2007, e-skills UK has once again recognised the achievements of apprentices and employers in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector, as part of the LSC 2008 National Apprenticeship Awards.
Now in their fifth year, the National Apprenticeship Awards serve to recognise and applaud the efforts of employers who are committed to training and developing the skills of young people, and have made a significant contribution towards improving the nation’s skills shortages, productivity and competitiveness.
The Awards also reward individual apprentices who have or continue to exceed their employer's or learning provider's expectations, while presenting learning providers with the opportunity to gain acknowledgment for their contribution towards successful Apprenticeships.
