Apprenticeships provide the perfect way for young people to start a career in the IT, Telecoms and Contact Centre industries. Apprentices earn while they learn, achieve great qualifications and train whilst gaining priceless work experience. Entry Requirements
There is no particular entry requirement other than an interest in Information & Communication technologies and the ability and motivation to succeed and complete the programme:

Motivation to succeed within a career in information and communication technologies

Willingness to learn and apply that learning in the workplace

Ability to demonstrate that they have the potential to complete the qualifications which are part of the Apprenticeship programme.

Willingness to communicate effectively with a range of people

Average salaries for apprentices
An average starting salary for an apprentices is inthe region of £10k per annum. Many employers give apprentices 6 monthly increases and further increases upon completion of their Apprenticeships
