Context

The ITMB programme has been created by leading international companies to ensure that graduates have all the tools they need to excel and lead the industry in the future. It is actively supported by many of the UK’s leading employers, including BT, CA, Ford and Unilever.

The ITMB ESF meets once a month. Members of the forum include Senior VPs, HR directors, line of business directors and managers, plus people specifically engaged in graduate recruitment and development.
