Purpose and objectives

The purpose of the group is to advise on the development of the e-skills Professional Programme, in order to successfully develop postgraduate, nationally recognised, certified training to fit employers’ requirements.

Context

The e-skills Professional Programme has been created by employers to fast track the development of new recruits in the early years of their careers as IT professionals. Participants will be able to achieve a common professional standard of knowledge and skills, set by the sector.

The group meets approximately every six weeks, or as required, and is open to new members. For further details and any other enquiries, please email Helen Porter.
