ITQ Contributing Qualifications Mapping Summary

ECDL Advanced (European Computer Driving License) - BCS (Level 3 units)

It is important to note that there are currently two syllabus version of ECDL Advanced Word Processing and ECDL Advanced Spreadsheets that can contribute towards ITQ.

Syllabus V1.0 does not map fully to the NOS content (the Word Processing and Spreadsheet units have some gaps) and will therefore require additional evidence that MUST be demonstrated.
Syllabus V1.5 does map fully to NOS content.

Full details can be found in the BCS Gap Evidence Guide September 2007 (pdf file - 118 kb).

This shows how the contributing qualification maps against the ITQ qualification. There are varying levels of content and assessment coverage. Click on the Unit names to view the detailed mapping documents.
