Opportunities with the Tech Partnership
The Tech Partnership is a growing network of employers, collaborating to create the skills to accelerate the growth of the digital economy. Recognised by government, it acts for the good of the sector. It is focused on inspiring young people about technology, enabling talented people from all backgrounds to get into technology careers, and helping companies develop the technology skills they need for the future.
The Partnership (e-skills UK) is currently recruiting for two new posts. These are:
Customer Service Advisor - To provide a first point of contact for employers and training providers to help them access the most appropriate service to meet their skill needs. The role involves responding to e-mail and telephone enquiries as well as initiating contact, whether by outbound calling or e mail, to increase the number of employers benefiting from our services. The role also includes producing and maintaining up to date information and FAQs on different products and services.
Apprenticeship Standards and Quality Advisor - To support the development of new IT apprenticeship Standards, update and maintain existing framework documentation in all four nations, provide technical support and advice to internal and external stakeholders and maintain effective relationships with Awarding Organisations. The role includes assessing training programmes against Frameworks and Standards
