Product focus: make the most of e-skills Passport Office reports

Your learners have completed their self-assessments and regularly re-asses to record every piece of learning in their e-skills Passport.  While this gives them a great record of their achievements and identifies skills gaps, it also allows you to make use of their data collectively via the Reports section of e-skills Passport Office.

Reports allow you to quickly and easily analyse the skills of selected groups of individuals, build lists of learners with similar training needs, and identify “super users” for peer learning.  With these tools, you can easily establish the best way to spend training budgets and organise learners into learning groups.

e-skills Passport Office also allows you to compare average learner skills against your target profiles, and monitor skills progression over time.  All skills data can be exported for use in your  internal reports and systems, or simply copy and paste the graphs and charts produced to give an instant overview of your learner’s skills situation.

For more information on using Reports please see the user guide available at www.e-skillspassport.com/passportoffice.
