Care Skills Passport

e-skills UK is proud to have been able to help Berkshire LSC develop a Skills Passport for the Care sector, enabling all care employees in the South East of England to establish their current care skill set and record achievements.

Development of the Passport began over the summer months with the system to be rolled out in 2007. It has a new colour scheme and many of the great functions and features of its big brother, the e-skills Passport. Care Skills Passport will enable brokers in the South East take control of the skills progression of care workers by giving them a vehicle for improvement, and the industry a means to increase standards.
