Introduction
This discipline is concerned with the knowledge and understanding required to provide consultancy services, to develop business markets through marketing and lead generation based on market research and intelligence, to develop brands and values and to communicate these in the marketplace. It also includes the competencies involved in sales management and operations including product and service management, pre and post sales support and account management.
