Introduction

This discipline area is concerned with the knowledge and understanding required to:

conduct business analysis
design/redesign business processes
manage the implementation of business change
design/redesign organizations
ensure that benefits associated with the above are realised.

These activities are frequently, though not exclusively, undertaken by IT professionals as much business and organisational change occurs either as a result of changes in available technology or results in changes to IT systems.
