Business Process and Change Management
Introduction
This discipline area is concerned with the knowledge and understanding required to:
- conduct business analysis
- design/redesign business processes
- manage the implementation of business change
- design/redesign organizations
- ensure that benefits associated with the above are realised.
These activities are frequently, though not exclusively, undertaken by IT professionals as much business and organisational change occurs either as a result of changes in available technology or results in changes to IT systems.
