Introduction

This discipline covers all of the knowledge and understanding required to undertake project and supplier management activities within an organisation.

Sub-disciplines

In all there are 9 sub-disciplines which make up this discipline. Sub disciplines 1 to 4 are concerned with the core stages within the project lifecycle whilst sub-disciplines 5 to 9 cover aspects of project, programme and supplier management that need to be applied throughout the project life-cycle.
