Service Management and Delivery

Introduction

This discipline covers all of the knowledge and understanding required to undertake the management of service delivery and the delivery itself of IT services, systems and assets to an organisation to support business functions.

Sub-disciplines

In all there are 23 sub-disciplines which make up this discipline including one concerned with the end to end provision of IT services, systems and assets. The sub-disciplines are grouped to reflect the different areas of work that may exist within organisations of different types and scales.
