Standards and skills frameworks

This section contains all the necessary implementation documentation for colleges, training providers and employers delivering the e-skills NVQs/SVQs. It also includes details on the skills frameworks for IT and Telecoms and for Contact Centres.

Sector Qualification and Learning Strategy (SQLS)

• e-skills UK SQLS - intended for those organisations, in all four UK nations, who are involved in the policy, regulation, development, funding and delivery of qualifications and learning.

NOS and NVQs/SVQs

• National Occupational Standards (NOS)
• National / Scottish Vocational Qualifications (NVQs / SVQs)
