Females consistently achieve higher grades than males in IT-related subjects, but they fill just 17% of IT & Telecoms professional occupations. The overall UK workforce is 45% female. Find out about some of the issues behind gender inequality in IT with the e-skills UK Women in IT Scorecard report.
